| RENTAL RATE CRITERIA | ||||||||||||
| 1) Pick up and delivery will be charged a $35 per trip charge. | ||||||||||||
| 2) Customer is responsible for returning machine clean or they will be charged a cleaning fee of $100 | ||||||||||||
| 3) Physical damage incurred by the rental customer will be charged to them. | ||||||||||||
| 4) A day is defined as eight engine hours or 24 clock hours. | ||||||||||||
| 5) A week is defined as 40 engine hours or 7 days. | ||||||||||||
| 6) A month is defined as 28 days or 160 engine hours. | ||||||||||||
| 7) If unit is not returned within 24 hours an additional 1/2 day usage will be charged. | ||||||||||||
| 8) Customer will provide or pay for fuel. | ||||||||||||
